Do I need a reservation?

               You do not need a reservation. Walk-ins are always welcome. We do get busy on weekends, school holidays, etc. and often have wait lists for a table. A reservation guarantees that you will not have to wait for a table.

 

What is the reservation fee for?

               The $10 reservation fee is to hold your table. The fee is applied to your purchase when you come in to paint. If you cancel or no-show then you lose the $10 fee.

 

How much do the pottery items cost?

               Cost will depend on the items you choose to paint. We have items starting at $20 and they can go up to $80+. Most items in our studio will be priced under $40.

 

How long does it take most people to paint?

               Most of our customers spend 1-2 hours painting. Some may spend a little more time, and young kids may spend less time.

 

What ages can paint in your studio?

               Any age can paint. Younger kids may have trouble holding the paint brush or staying inside the lines, but we believe that any age can paint!

 

Can I BYOB?

               Absolutely! Beverages are allowed in the studio. If you bring in food we ask that you bring non-oily foods as oily foods (such as potato chips and fries) can effect the way the glaze sticks to the piece.

 

What makes pottery painting a great activity for families, friends, and groups?

               Pottery painting is great for all ages and ability levels. Since painting pottery is typically done with 2 hands it is really hard to be on your cell phone while painting, but it is really easy to still carry on a conversation with others. We love seeing families and friends enjoy electronic free time together.

 

What if I am not very artistic?

               We have lots of simple ideas and easy to paint items in studio, You don’t need to be artistic to enjoy pottery painting.

 

Can I have a private party in your studio?

               We have set times on Saturday nights and Sunday Morning for private parties. We can also accommodate private parties before or after regular studio hours. We are not able to host private parties during business hours.

 

How long does it take to get my pottery piece back?

               After you are done painting your piece staff will glaze and kiln-fire your piece. A pickup date will be provided to you when you arrive, but it typically takes 1-2 weeks.
